>This man carved out a new way to be consider criminal ,

it means that if you citizen will find out that your Government is hiding you

very important information then you will be consider a terrorist for the law ,

Gary McKinnon highlighted with his great actions as ridiculous the whole systems managed by

Department of Defense of United States  ,

But for some, his methods of hacking are not as interesting as his reason for doing it all.

Most internet users raise Garry to the heavens.

They say that he is one of the best in history,

and that he had a justifiable reason to do what he did, and of course,

one of the best reasons is

“because he hurt some of the biggest and most powerful people in the world”.

He found out files that they had hidden

only because they are corrupted minds and reign in the shadow and the secrecy .

Heraclitus said that one man is worth of ten thousand ,

well this man is named...the Hacker Solo and he is not alone...

UPDATE :

The European Court of Human Rights on Tuesday temporarily held up the extradition

of a British computer hacker facing computer misuse charges in the U.S.

The court said Gary McKinnon, 42, of London, should be allowed to stay in the U.K. until Aug. 28

when the court reconvenes and can make a further decision

on whether to stop his extradition pending a last-ditch appeal, said Karen Todner, McKinnon's lawyer.

[..]

It wasn't a good day for Gary McKinnon, the Pentagon hacker,

who on 30 July had his appeal against extradition to the US turned down by the House of Lords.

He wasn't at parliament to hear the judgment, but I spoke to him on the phone this afternoon

to see how things were going: "Not good," he said (perhaps unsurprisingly).

"I'm very disappointed and very angry, but not too surprised."

Next step, he said, was to try and send the appeal over to the European Court of Human Rights.

Wouldn't he rather the ordeal was over?

Of course, but "right now I'd be quite glad of a two-year delay," he said.

"It's better than being handed over to US Marshals and being put on a plane straight away."
