CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - A bank branch manager in Champaign says he was suspicious when a white square box sealed in a plastic bag showed up in the mail this week. Brice Hutchraft of Regions Bank says the box contained a yellowed plaster-of-Paris model of someone's teeth. The package was sent through the U.S. Postal Service in 1986 to orthodontist Robert Schmisseur, who once had a business at the bank's address. It showed up this week without explanation.
Hutchcraft says he hopes the model for the plaster cast eventually got braces, because it looks like the person needed them.
