[..]Tommy Dennison, 39, who has mental health problems, had been missing several days

when police phoned Gina Partington to say they had found him dead.

His mental health case-worker, who had known Tommy for months, identified him.

Then cops asked Gina to confirm the identification.

Not only did the man bear a striking resemblance to Tommy but he even had a similar scar on his left arm.

Gina, 58, of Manchester, said:

“I know it sounds unbelievable but this poor lad was the absolute replica of my son.

After the lady from the mental health hostel identified him she gave police my details.

She recalled: “They asked me for three questions only my son would know the answer to.

They also showed me a picture of the man taken two days earlier and it was my son. I then spoke to him on the phone.

I told him what had happened and he said,

‘Mam, you’ve buried me!’ I said, ‘No, I’ve cremated you.’ The whole thing is unbelievable.”[...]
